The Guesthouse is located in a very quiet area, at a distance of 50 meters from the beautiful organized sandy beach of Leptokaria, which has been honored with a blue flag.

The guesthouse has 12 studios on the ground floor and on the first floor. The studios are double, triple, quadruple and have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a 32-inch TV, refrigerator, electric oven and air conditioning.

Also it has a large fenced yard, with private shaded parking, lawn and plane trees, where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or read a beautiful book.

Leptokaria is 26 km from Katerini and has easy access from the E75 National Highway (Leptokaria junction) and the Railway (Leptokaria station).
