The Guesthouse is located in a very quiet area, at a distance of 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Leptokaria.

It has a large fenced yard, with private shaded parking, lawn and plane trees, where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or read a beautiful book.

The yard is paved in places and has a large shady plane tree, lawn, flower beds, hammocks to relax in, benches and a seating area with chairs and tables.
